The Machine is a voice assistant designed to simulate — or perhaps provoke — the increasingly complex relationship between creatives and artificial intelligence.
A meeting point that feels both inevitable and unpredictable.
Inspired by HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey, this installation responds in real time to the CCP’s provocation:
“Is anyone out there?”
Trained with insights from the creative industry, the Machine was built to converse, question and occasionally surprise — pushing the limits of collaboration between human imagination and algorithmic logic.
